Here’s another client I worked with who needed to fit into her wedding dress in 5 months. But she didn’t want to track calories or weigh herself. So we didn’t.  We set process orientated goals and took girth measurements (waist etc), how her clothes felt and how she looked in the mirror. She had set enough time so  we achieved the goal and she fitted into the dress. She said the feeling was amazing as the zip went all the way up the back!
